"If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together."
- African Proverb
What Is The Inner Circle?
The Inner Circle is a close-knit group which meets weekly to learn, share wins and challenges, give and receive support and resources, and share life and business.
We cap our community at 20 business owners who share our values and desire an intimate setting to share life and business, and all of our members' spouses or committed life partners are invited to participate in all calls and retreats.
We understand that as we grow as business owners, our businesses grow naturally. The more we grow as individuals the easier it is to grow a profitable and impactful business. We work from the inside-out.
The group is comprised of wealthy and successful business owners who desire even more wealth, success, and happiness in life, as well as newer business owners who desire the same. Our members are generous with their time, wisdom and love, while being supportive and encouraging to their mastermind peers.
We each create a vision for our lives and business, dive deep to understand our most significant internal obstacles and challenges, work to resolve our internal conflicts, and create an action plan to achieve our vision.
Together we win more, and together we create more wealth, success and happiness in all dimensions of life. We believe that 1+1=3, and we know that we are more powerful together.
Who Is The Inner Circle For?
The Inner Circle is for business owners who are hungry, humble and smart, who desire more wealth, success and happiness, and who want to share the journey of life and business with others who are seeking the same.
Our group is for generous, accepting, supportive and encouraging business owners who are just as interested in helping others win as they are in winning themselves.
Our members seek to understand what the other members want to create, then without judgement help them create it. We want for the other what they want for themselves.
We strive to show up raw, vulnerable and authentic. We go deep inside of our mental and emotional challenges, obstacles and traumas to clear internal resistance. We discuss worry, doubt and fear in order to resolve internal conflicts which keep us stuck. This requires creating a safe and accepting community which is judgement-free.
We desire to create positive impact in the world and leave it better than we found it. This requires attaining internal courage, confidence, and clarity which creates external impact.
The right people join to be part of a powerful community, and they join expecting to grow with and within the group over a sustained period of time.
Who Is The Inner Circle NOT For?
The Inner Circle is NOT for business owners who are self-obsessed, takers without giving, or interested in winning at the expense of others. Our group is not for people who will sacrifice joy and happiness to create material success.
We will not embrace that there's only one way to live or succeed, and we will do not receive those who look to convince others to see the world their way.
We are not for business owners who are only focused on achieving financial gains and business success. We do not use each other to directly grow our business by selling within the community or by seeking referrals from our peers.
We are not a program for individuals who are looking for quick results, or to "try it for a few months." We are looking to grow together over time.
When Does The Inner Circle Meet?
The Inner Circle meets virtually each Wednesday at 8am CST. The call is recorded and shared so that members who miss a meeting can view the session.
Every 4 months we meet for an in-person weekend retreat. Two retreats a year are held in the St. Louis metropolitan area and one retreat is held in a desirable destination in the U.S. (when pandemic conditions allow).
What Is The Investment For The Inner Circle?
The Inner Circle investment is $4,000 for the first month and $997 each successive month. This investment includes all meetings, retreat office spaces, food during retreat sessions, and Mike's vault of books, guides, workbooks, and courses to support your journey.
Your spouse or committed significant other is included at no additional cost.
Do You Think You're An Awesome Fit?
We never look to grow the community just for the sake of growth, but we look for awesome members (plus spouses/partners) who will enrich, enliven, and empower our community and its members.
